About Me & My Process

A space to understand yourself

My approach is integrative, with particular influences from psychodynamic and attachment-based psychotherapy.

This means we can look both at what is happening in your life now, and at the experiences and relationships that may have shaped how you think, feel, and relate to other people.

If you arrive with a clear issue you want to work on, therapy can give us space to explore it in depth.

But if things feel more unclear, we can begin by making sense of what you are experiencing and identifying patterns, pressures or feelings that may be difficult to understand on your own.

Therapy can help you develop a clearer understanding of yourself, make sense of difficult feelings and create greater choice in how you want to live.

Therapy for professionals, and those who know that life could be better

My prior career experience means that I understand the pressures that can accompany demanding careers and ambitious environments.

If you’re living with high expectations, massive responsibility, uncertainty, struggling with your professional identity, or feeling that you should or could be coping better than you are,  do get in touch.
