When life feels difficult, unclear, or not quite right

You may have a clear sense of what you need help with. Perhaps you are struggling with anxiety, low mood, a relationship, a loss, a difficult transition or a particular situation that has become hard to manage.

Or you may simply know that something feels wrong. You might feel flat, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or aware that life could feel better than it does now.

You do not need to arrive with a clear goal or tidy explanation. Part of therapy can be understanding what is happening in the first place.

I am Hannah Glynn, a BACP-registered psychotherapist offering individual psychotherapy in South Kensington and Central London (W1), as well as online.

People come to therapy for many different reasons, at many different stages of life.

Areas I can help with:

  • Anxiety, stress, low mood or depression

  • Emotional distress, overwhelm or exhaustion

  • Difficulties in family relationships, separation or divorce

  • Uncertainty about your career, relationships or direction

  • The impact of redundancy, career change or another significant life transition

  • Loss, bereavement or changes within your family

  • Self-doubt, perfectionism, comparison or low self-esteem

  • Questions about identity, purpose or what you want from life

  • Recurring patterns in relationships or behaviour that you would like to understand

  • A sense of feeling stuck or unfulfilled, even when things appear to be going well

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy, nor do you need to minimize how difficult things feel.
